Thank you for choosing to adopt a pet from Donna Doolittle’s Animal Rescue. Donna Doolittle’s Rescue has done its best to evaluate the health and disposition of the pet(s) you are adopting.  However, I can only assure you that the pet(s) you are adopting appeared healthy and was/were suitable for adoption at the time of the adoption.  It is possible that the he or she has been exposed to diseases that may not show symptoms for several weeks, including diseases that could be transmittable to humans.  By clicking on the button to submit this agreement, you are accepting all risks and responsibilities for ownership of the adopted pet(s) named above. You hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Donna Doolittle’s Animal Rescue, its directors, members, volunteers, and agents from any claim, cause of action, or liability of any type or nature, known or unknown, that may arise related to the adoption of the above-named pet(s).  It is agreed that Donna Doolittle’s Animal Rescue is not responsible for any veterinary or related expenses occurring after the adoption(s).
