Yes I agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure the above puppy/dog if my application is approved and to pay the remainder $150 before adoption date. Adoption fees include; de-sexing, 1-2 vaccinations, micro-chipping on national data base, up to date flea & worm treatment & puppy pack)
