Once you submit this application, you will be contacted by Donna Doolittle's Animal Rescue to undertake a brief interview. Please indicate the best time for this below.

I agree to keep in weekly contact with Donna Doolittle’s Animal Rescue to provide updates, photos, videos etc

I agree to provide photos/videos of the areas where my foster animal will be living and/or allow a property inspection

I agree to provide adequate food, shelter, water, and enrichment for the foster animal and to keep the animal and environment in a hygienic condition

I agree to inform Donna Doolittle’s Animal Rescue immediately of any changes in circumstances, environment or anything else they may effect the fostering of the animal in your care (including contact details)

I agree to provide transportation for my foster animal to and from vet appointments

I agree to be available at agreed times to allow potential adoptee families to meet your foster animal and ask questions

I agree to not take my foster puppy/dog to public areas unless it is on a harness/leash at all times

I agree that my foster cats or kitten are required to be kept strictly indoors or in a secure outdoor enclosure

I understand that Donna Doolittle’s Animal Rescue, may not know the medical history or undisclosed behavioural problems of my foster animal

I agree to accept the foster animal in its current condition and to work with Donna Doolittle’s Animal Rescue to treat any issues

I agree to inform Donna Doolittle’s Animal Rescue if I am no longer able to provide care to my foster animal; understanding that the animal may not be moved straight away due to carer availability

I agree to inform Donna Doolittle’s Animal Rescue immediately if your foster animal becomes sick, injured or lost

I agree that your foster animals’ history & medical records are confidential

I agree that failure to comply with the terms and conditions as stated above could result in the removal of my foster animal and termination of foster agreement

Furthermore I understand that should I be in breach of the above terms and conditions my application will be terminated.
